Every three months, we host our signature Botanical Dye Workshop in a carefully chosen location surrounded by a beautiful garden.
This five-hour immersive experience invites you to explore the world of plant dyes, guided by Karunia Fischer and the RIMMBA team.

Designed for beginners and open-hearted creatives alike, the workshop offers a chance to reconnect with nature through color, craft, and ritual. You’ll learn how to extract pigment from local plants and use them to dye delicate cotton lingerie sets — each piece becoming a reflection of your own hands, creativity, and energy.

No prior experience is needed — only curiosity and a willingness to create with nature.
Spaces are limited to keep each gathering intimate, meaningful, and deeply personal.

Our Private Dyeing Experience is a personalized and hands-on session brought right to your location of choice — whether it’s your home, villa, hotel, or event space.

We take care of the full setup and guide you and your guests through the dyeing process in a relaxed, creative atmosphere. Before your event, we’ll connect with you to understand the occasion and tailor the pieces to match your theme.

  • Baby Shower: Guests can dye baby onesies, socks, or bibs — heartfelt keepsakes full of color and love.

  • Blessingway Ceremony: Create hand-dyed baby swaddles as meaningful gifts for the mother-to-be.

  • Hens Party: Have fun dyeing embroidered underwear, bras, or silk slips — playful, empowering, and beautiful.

Each experience is thoughtfully curated by Karunia Fischer and designed to be intentional, engaging, and deeply connected to the spirit of your celebration.
All materials are provided — you bring the guests, we bring the color, the plants, and the magic. 🌿

Requirements

Plant dyes will be determined based on seasonal availability. RIMMBA works with avocado seeds, annatto, brazilwood, indigo, marigold and onion skins.

Payment in full is required to secure your booking. All payments can be made via our RIMMBA website.

The Workshop requires intensive preparation and additional staffing on the day. The Workshop will commence on time and finish on time regardless of when attendees arrive.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

In the case of emergency or illness within your group, we are happy to reschedule the workshop to a later date. Please note that no refunds can be offered in these cases.

If you choose to cancel your booking, we offer a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 1 week prior to the scheduled workshop date.

Cancellations made within 1 week of the event are non-refundable due to the preparation, materials, and time invested in curating your experience.
