Crafted from highest quality mulberry silk, our Scarlette Silk Dress in Indigo Circle, stand as a timeless, classic staple and a versatile item in your closet.

Our Scarlette Silk Dress is cut on the bias at a 45-degree angle, enhancing the natural stretch, movement, and flexibility of the silk fabric. Crafted with a classic and timeless silhouette in mind, our Scarlette Silk Dress features a U neckline, a subtly low back, adjustable straps and a moderate side slit. The floor-length, maxi design, gives the overall look an elegant, flowy and feminine sensibility.

Our shibori Circle motif is made by hand, using rubber-bands and chopsticks. it takes Ibu Kadek and Ibu Ketut, 6 hours to craft our circle print motif, each circle unique and no single circle is the same. Dyed first with coconut husks and then with indigo, this silk dress is 100% plant dye and made with love.

Our Scarlette Silk Dress is hand-dyed with coconut husks and indigo leaves that are grown and harvested sustainability in Indonesia. Our Indigo Silk garments supports the natural dye community of Bali and celebrates the traditional art of botanical dyes. Each plant has its own energetic wavelength and purpose. They are here to guide us in times of need. Plants like indigo, empower us to enhance our intuition and engage in self reflection.

How to measure your handmade custom silk dress made in Bali, Indonesia from RIMMBA Sustainable Clothing

In service to women — crafted with care for the womb, the skin, and the nervous system.

How to measure:

  1. Bust
    Wrap the tape around your bust line at nipple level, keeping it horizontal. Let it rest naturally against the body. Measure without a bra.
  2. Waist
    Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, keeping the measuring tape gently relaxed.
  3. Hips
    Stand straight with your feet together and measure around the widest point of your hips.
  4. Length
    Measure from the left or right collarbone (where a strap would sit) straight down to the floor, barefoot. Refer to diagram 4.

Every woman’s body holds its own proportions and rhythm — our silhouettes are designed to honor that.

If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down, as bias-cut silk naturally adapts to the body.

If your height is below 162 cm (5'3") and you are between sizes, choose the smaller size.

If your height is above 175 cm (5'9") and you are between sizes, choose the larger size for additional length and balance.

If you are unsure, include your height and measurements (bust, waist, and hips) in your order notes. Our team will gently guide you.
