All RIMMBA slip dresses are cut on the bias at a 45-degree angle, enhancing the natural stretch, movement, and flexibility of the silk fabric. Crafted with a classic and timeless silhouette in mind, our Scarlette Silk Dress features a U neckline, a subtly low back, adjustable straps and a moderate side slit. The length of the midi dress, end around mid-calf, giving the overall look a modern sensibility. 

RIMMBA's shibori, and circle prints, meticulously brought to life by the dedicated hands of our master artisans, Ibu Kadek and Ibu Ketut, using traditional dyeing techniques passed down through generations. Embracing heritage methods, we utilize native Indonesian plants and botanicals to craft natural dyes, infusing each garment with vibrant energy and healing properties.

Our Scarlette Silk Dress is hand-dyed with ketapang and indigo leaves that are grown and harvested sustainability in Indonesia. Our plant dye silk garments supports the natural dye community of Bali and celebrates the traditional art of botanical dyes. Each plant has its own energetic wavelength and purpose. They are here to guide us in times of need. Plants like indigo, empower us to enhance our intuition and engage in self reflection.
