Within Indonesia
Standard Shipping (Post Indonesia): FREE ( 3-5 business days ).

International
Free shipping on all orders over USD 450.00, using Express (EMS or DHL, 5-7 business days).
Flat rate of USD 25.00 for orders under USD 450.00, using Express (EMS or DHL, 5-7 business days).

Note: All product prices and payments are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Please use the currency converter to check prices in USD and EUR.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We will contact you if an item is out of stock or if credit verification requires additional information.

Note: Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 (WITA) or during weekends begin processing the following Monday. Purchases on public holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves the RIMMBA warehouse.

DELIVERY TIMES

We ship to New Zealand, USA, Canada, Asia Pacific, UK & selected EU countries using DHL Express or EMS. If your country is not listed, please contact care@rimmba.com

Please allow 3-7 business days for Express delivery. A tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs charges, taxes, or delays. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products. Custom designs or special alterations are not eligible for return, credit, or exchange.

Accepted return outcomes:

  • Store Credit
  • Exchange
  • Refund (Faulty Products Only)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original packaging, with swing tags and hygiene seal attached.
  • Items must not be worn, washed, or altered.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt (longer during peak periods).

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies, deducted from the value of returned items.

Store Credit

  • Issued at 100% of item value, less shipping and restocking fee.
  • Delivered via email once the return is approved.
  • Never expires and can be used online at any time.

Exchange

  • Exchange for the same item or another product of equal value.
  • If unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Refunds (Faulty or Damaged Products Only)

  • Contact care@rimmba.com or WhatsApp +6281338873123 with photos and details.
  • We may first arrange repair or replacement. If not possible, a refund will be issued.
  • Items must include swing tags and hygiene seals.

Shipping Responsibility

All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, including in cases of faulty products. Lost returns remain the customer’s liability. We recommend using tracked registered mail.

We always ship using registered express mail and kindly request the same for returns.
