Within Indonesia
Standard Shipping (Post Indonesia): FREE (3-5 business days).
International
Free shipping on all orders over $250.00, using (Express; EMS or DHL/ 5-7 business days).
Flat rate of $20.00 for all orders under $250.00, using (Express EMS or DHL / 5-7 business days).
Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Indonesian Rupiah. Please use the currency converter to check prices in USD and EUROS.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed between 2-3 business days. RIMMBA will contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional information is required for credit verification.
*Note: Orders placed on a Friday after 11am ( WITA )and over the weekend will not start being processed until the following Monday. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday. We are open on most major holidays.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed 2-3 days on the following business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our RIMMBA warehouse.
We apologize ahead of time for any delay in shipping during the first months of our website launch . We are still learning how work our online system and correspond effectively with our tailors and RIMMBA team. We will endeavour to get your order out to you as soon as possible and appreciate your patience during these times.
DELIVERY TIMES
International
We ship to New Zealand, USA, Canada, Asia Pacific, UK & Selected European Countries using DHL Express or EMS express. If your desired shipping Country is not listed above, please contact hello@rimmba.com to discuss alternate shipping options.
Please allow 3-7 days for Express.
A tracking number will be sent to you upon payment so that you can track the delivery of your goods.
Please note: When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Unfortunately, RIMMBA cannot be held responsible for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
RETURNS
*Please note we only issue refunds on faulty products. Any requests for custom designs or special request alterations to RIMMBA design are also NOT eligible for returns, store credit or exchanges.*
All returns following the guidelines listed on this page will be accepted for

- REFUNDS ARE ONLY GIVEN ON FAULTY PRODUCTS
Store credit does not expire and can be used at anytime online.
Should you wish to return your purchase for a credit note, we will issue a credit of 100% of your order value NOT including shipping costs. This credit will be emailed to you once your return has been processed, and will be available to use immediately through our online store.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery to receive a store credit. Items not returned within 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with the swing tags attached, including hygiene seal.
Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Sale items are final sale only and will not be accepted for refund, credit or exchange.
Returns will be processed within 48 hours of receipt although it may take a little longer during busy periods.
How do I organise a return?
Simply email hello@rimmba.com and specify whether you would like a credit note or refund. We will help you go from there. Do not process your return without verification and communication from our RIMMBA team.
Where do I send my return to?
Will provide you with the complete postal address to you via email correspondence.
Are returns free?
The shipping costs incurred for returning item/s to RIMMBA for credit or refund are at your own expense. In other words The cost of returning the item to us is YOUR responsibility and will be paid by YOU. This includes the tax from our country of Indonesia when returning the goods.
LOST RETURNS
Incase you are returning a RIMMBA garment to us, it is your responsibility to make sure the parcel makes it safely back to Bali, to the correct return address. Incase the garment is lost during the mailing process, YOU will be charged the cost of the garment. Due to this policy we always advice customers to send back our RIMMBA garments using a registered mailing service, in order to track the whereabouts of our pieces.
**We ALWAYS ship using express registered mail to insure your garment will make it to you safely. We would appreciate the same treatment if you choose to send back a RIMMBA garment back to us**.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
For faulty garments please email hello@rimmba.com so that our RIMMBA team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired and replaced. Please allow for another 7 days for the exchange to be processes, as we work with our tailors to fix you faulty garment. Returned items will need to have our tag and hygiene sticker still in place. You will be compensated for postage in all faulty return circumstances. We will access the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
