Rimba means jungle or deep, virgin forest in Indonesian. In fairy tales, be they the versions written by Grimms’ or Indonesian authors, Rimba is a place where story tellers take us to make us aware of the unknown, the unexplored and the wildness of being alone with nature and a higher order. Rimba is where our sensory awareness expands to 360degrees and we take each step with caution and inhale wonder and exhale faith. To journey to rimba is to leave the known behind and discover our inner, intuitive knowledge. RIMMBA is Karunia’s wish for a more conscious and caring world where we preserve the wilderness and leave softer footsteps.
